Creativity Exercise blog- week 3
Welcome back! I'm glad you can make it in for another one of my blogs. Today I have a little special one cooked up today and it starts with our third week of creativity exercises. And today's exercise might elevate your artistic skills just a tad or may not.. But regardless were gonna have fun with it.][
This week I thought about some of the more fun creativity exercises and decided to search the web to see what I could get in store for myself. And I landed on a fun creativity exercise that I wanted to work on for myself and hopefully for you guys as well! Well to begin with exercise itself, it require at least two people to do the exercise, a couple sheets of paper, and some pencils to draw with.
You begin with one person on one side with a blindfold and their piece of paper and the other person has the same. You have 15 seconds to take a good look at each other and when the 15 seconds is done you attempt to draw the other person just from memory alone. I can say this now, I have never laughed and had so much fun in the past week than I did today. Me and my siblings tried this today and it was some of the most fun I have ever had with my sibling just looking at each others drawings. We also decided to add our own little rules in by trying to color them in as well. And seeing how well we got each other, I can officially say this was the most fun exercise that I had learned about in a long time and will genuinely try to do it more through the next couple of months, cause I cannot help myself but laugh at the little ridiculous drawings we made of each other.
And I cannot wait for you guys to try it as well. I hope that it brings you guys as much joy as it did to me and hopefully it sparked a little artistic flare in your that you never thought you had. I appreciate you guys tuning in. On to the next one! 👋
