My Start to my search!

The design world is vast, and a lot of the job boards that I have scoured through have been absolutely lunatic with the choices and variety. And honestly, the variety is kind of exciting. Some roles draw me in because they match skills I already possess, while others challenge me to think differently. Here’s my personal list of ten design jobs that I’d jump at and why each one sparks my interest.

1. UX/UI Designer- I love the idea of making websites and apps feel good to use, not just look good. It’s the mix of creative design and problem-solving that really grabs me like solving a puzzle but with color palettes and layouts.

2. Creative Director- This one’s a big step up, but the idea of leading creative projects from start to finish excites me. It’s about shaping the vision and making sure every detail matches that big picture.

3. Packaging Designer- Turning something as ordinary as a box or a bottle into a piece of art is a special kind of magic. I’d love to see my work sitting on a store shelf, making people pick it up just because it looks interesting.

4. Video Game Designer- I’ve always admired the creativity in games, the environments, the characters, and the interfaces. Being part of that process feels like mixing design with storytelling in the most interactive way possible.

5. Digital Illustrator- There’s something freeing about sitting down to create art from scratch, with no rules except the ones you set. I like the idea of illustrating for books, brands, or even merchandise.

6. Social Media Content Designer- Fast-paced, trendy, and full of opportunities to experiment, this job is about making visuals that catch attention in seconds, and trust me I can make some crazy visuals to catch anyone's attention.

7. App Interface Designer- It’s like UX/UI, but focused specifically on mobile apps. I’d get to combine intuitive layouts with visuals that feel fresh and engaging for everyday use.

8. Motion Graphics Designer- Bringing static visuals to life through movement has always fascinated me. It’s where animation meets storytelling, and it feels like you can make anything more engaging with the right motion.

9.Graphic Designer- A graphic designer is the crème de la crème and the whole space on what graphic design in general is based. The art of creating magical designs, with mixtures of layouts, text, colors and multiple images to create an immersive story all in one static image.

10. Augmented Reality (AR) Designer- Designing for AR means thinking in a completely new dimension, blending the digital and real worlds. It’s futuristic, challenging, and full of possibilities and is somewhere where I feel that I can show that I can take my designs to the next level.
