Desgin blog- week 3
Hey everyone! Another week, another big leap forward. Things are really starting to pick up, and it feels like there’s always something new popping up right when I think I'm getting the hang of it. It's definitely a lot, but honestly, it's been super exciting seeing the pieces come together little by little.
Starting from just learning the basics of HTML was already a trip getting used to writing out <h1> and <p> and seeing stuff show up on the page was cool on its own. But now, diving deeper into HTML and getting even more into CSS, it’s like a whole new world opened up. I’m not just throwing content onto a blank page anymore, now it’s about making it actually look good and feel right.
One of the biggest things that clicked for me this week was learning about divs and how they work with CSS to organize everything. Before, my pages felt a little random and messy, but now I’m starting to actually group things and lay them out in a way that makes sense. Also, I tried playing around with button designs this week. Adding hover effects and making the colors change when you point at them was just an amazing way to create more interactivity with your site. It’s those little details that make everything feel so much more real.
There’s still a ton to learn, but honestly I’m pumped to keep going. Every time I finish a project, even a tiny one, it feels like a mini victory. Can't wait to see what comes next!
