Flavor the Menu

Instructions

Design your restaurant’s menu with clear hierarchy and aesthetic appeal. Consider font pairings, spacing, and colors. Your menu should include:
  • Appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and beverages
  • Fusion descriptions that match your brand’s unique experience
  • A design that reflects your restaurant’s visual identity

Designs

Before I show the designs, I would like to explain the layout on how my design first came to life.
The beginning of the menu creation was first in my mind created to be as a tri-fold menu and that was my full intention, until a couple of my friends brought up the idea of creating the bi-fold menu with less the theatrics that I was first going to add into my first design. I didn't believe that it was in my best interest to start over from what I had again, but with a little bit of testing and some trial and error. I went with the full bi-fold menu. The menu itself is very simple and show alot of traditional meals from Puerto Rican and Brazilian culture. Most of the dishes were made by chatgpt, but some are actually from food that I've had in the past. Towards the description for each item chatgpt did amazingly with the prompts that I added to it giving it that right amount of attraction, but still not going too overboard with it. And lastly from others and what I wanted to do from the start, my restaurant is a family restaurant, and what can a family restaurant not be without a menu for the kids.
With all of this figured out and all the work done, my final design came out marvelous. And I hope you all enjoy it as well.
