El Coqui Indu
Imagine
Set the GPS, drive on down, the fresh night breeze, full moons out, Beaming. And when you start to arrive at your destination you see the bright colors, the Red and Green hues of the lights, and the flags of Puerto Rico and Brazil flying high. As you come into the parking lot and you exit you car all you can hear is the laughter, and la musicà boriqua blaring from inside inviting you to come inside and let you have your own fun.
As you step inside you are hit with a wave of scents from the fresh beef searing on the grills, to the sazón and the cumin being sprinkled and tossed, and with the various mixtures of peppers all being combined to a tangy and spicy creation of deliciousness, that would make you float into the air like a cartoon character. As you see to the front desk you ask for a table for your party, and you sit down you take a look around at your parties and other parties tables to see square and rectangle tables all brandishing, lined, and decorated with the colors of the Puerto Rican and Brazilian flag respectively. And not only do you stop there you look around to see from wall to wall and ceiling to ceiling you see artist, musicians, chefs, and other great faces, and creations made from the People of Brazil and Puerto Rico. The ceiling carved with flags representing, Brazil and Puerto Rico, with low and soft lightning fixtures to go with the red and green led's around the ceiling.
But you cant help but notice the great music from the stage in the middle of the restaurant where bands are playing amazing salsa, reggaeton, samba, and bossa nova and other modern songs from famous Puerto Rican and Brazilian artists, and where attendees can join up and try out some karaoke, but as your eyes continue to wander you take a look at the desert section. THEN! Your party snaps you back to life and asks what you want to order as your complimentary drinks arrive in decorated glasses brimed with the Puerto Rican and Brazilian flag.

As you take a look at the extravagant menu you ponder and wonder what you might want to start off with, with some small appetizers like "Pastelitos", "Alcapurrias", "Picanha", or just skip into the entree of "Arroz con gandules é mofongo con pernil", or either some "Peixe à Belle Meunière", and other tremendous meals. You cant even begin to hold your excitment, as the rest of your party shows the same reactions, but it all fades to black.
You wake up. Just to realize it was all a dream. But was it? The world may never know.....
