Design Blog Week 2

 

 

         Welcome back! Hello again! What's up! I am so glad you guys tuned in for another week and another blog of my blabbering about things that I love. All jokes aside I'm glad you guys tuned in for another week, and this week is gonna be packed with some cool stuff! But enough of the intro stuff let me actually get into the thick of it.

        Firstly, Were gonna be doing a teach me Wednesday and I am ever so excited for tomorrow to come around. The cool stuff that I have in store to show my peers is gonna be great, and just to show what I can do when it comes to Photoshop cause my relationship with Photoshop has been a roller-coaster for sure. But regardless of the teach me Wednesday, I have also been tasked to create an emotional piece for a project, and when I first saw the prompt I never felt a rush of joy surge through me the way that it did cause I was so pumped to do that project and I cannot WAIT to show you all what I have in store for my project.

    But other than that I'd rather keep this blog short, for reasons that my creations will have to show for. I am really excited to get started with it, and to show my peers the cool stuff I have to show. But like always I'm glad you guys tuned in for another week of my shenanigans, but like always. On to! The next one! 👋

                       Hello everyone! Today I was tasked with a assignment that I would hold as one of my most challenging so far. This weeks project was orientated around emotion. To me emotion is one of the harder features that I struggle with as a designer. Emotion has been some of my greatest hurdles when it comes to designing, the thought process, the layer scheme, the image choice, the whole aspect what the emotion has to revolve under. Instructions Visual Voice Inventory.  Create a collage or slide show of 8–10 pieces of your past creative work (photos, drawings, designs, etc.). Analyze them as a set: Write down the first words or feelings that come to mind for each piece, then look for patterns. Do certain adjectives repeat? Do you see a consistent color scheme or subject matter? Next, ask a friend or classmate to view the collection and describe what they  feel  is  your  voice or style. Compare it with your own impressions. This inventory will help you identify elements that already make your voice distinctive.
