Image
Instructions  Create a 4-page article based upon the article agreed upon by the class. Export as a .png.   Design  My debut with article 1 was a bit of step into the water, but with article 2 I wanted to create something that would be a leap into the sea on indesign. While a lot of my rough drafts went heavily edited, and days of rewriting and recreating have went all into this. So without my further speaking I will allow you to see the final result of the days of creation.

Tutorials - Week 3

Image
Instructions Do two of the tutorials from the Adobe InDesign Tutorial Page -  https://www.adobe.com/learn/indesign Share the completed tutorial and tell us what you learned. Tutorials       To begin with this weeks tutorials I wanted to go for a more simple, and more helpful tool route of tutorials. And with this approach brought me to my first tutorial which was the Book Cover Tutorial. This tutorial itself may not seem to helpful at first glance at the name, but going deeper into its step makes up for it creative ways to create amazing design just by using the text tool and the effects you may apply to said text. This tutorial has thought me about thinking outside the box when it comes to text and how you can use their effects to really break the boundary on how to use text effectively.     But as text can break the boundary on how you can see it differently. Lets try actually making text make you see different things, such as creating a q...

You can include what you have learned, stories, anecdotes, examples...  Export as .pdf or .pngs and post them on your blog, along with what you have learned from this project.  My Story  With this being my try and appearance in a magazine I was very excite to write and tell my story to my peers about how I came up to be and what it took for me to acquire this position. But with the many rewrites and errors I am very proud of what I have come up with now especially after my 4 page document was shortened all the way down to a 1 page document. I am so forever grateful for the chances to show you guys what my story has and will be for now to the end of my design career.

Tutorials - week 2

Image
Instructions  Do two of the tutorials from the Adobe InDesign Tutorial Page -  https://www.adobe.com/learn/indesign Share the completed tutorial and tell us what you learned. Tutorials          The indeisgn tutorials are really simple, and can guide you easily, which is why i am so fond of how they explain these little projects to better understand the software it self. And every time I find my self wandering on indesign I always have some fun finding out new things and new creative ways to use the software. Which is why I chose these two tutorials to do and show to you all today.            The main focus of these tutorials is to learn new things about indesign. And one of the first things that I learned very recently that indesign can do just like illustrator can is create custom path text and with said text you can change a lot of its properties. While illustrator has it beat on some instances when it c...

And just like the others its honestly works all around in terms of art, music, digital design, photography, or even dancing. This exercise is called, Color theme. Color theme is when you take a palette of colors either from a randomly generated engine, or from a current list you may have. And create WHATEVER you may want to create all based around that specific color palette. No matter the colors, no matter the software, no matter the objective. You have to create something based around that color palette.        ...
