SMART Goals JCPenney

Instructions Based upon your company's mission statement and the SWOT analysis you created, generate a list of 8-12 "SMART" goals for your company with at least 5 that can be achieved through an effective social media strategy.  Goals  Boost online sales by around 12% within the next nine months. With how much of JCPenney’s audience is shifting online, the goal is to push seasonal promos, better product bundles, and stronger home and apparel features to keep that momentum going. Instead of just accepting the backpack for what it is. With Substitute , I began imagining what parts of a backpack could be replaced. What if, instead of regular straps, it used some type of molded shoulder padding that adjusts itself automatically like a mech? Or if the fabric wasn’t fabric at all, but something waterproof and self-cleaning, so ...
